Here are my symptoms.
1. Rough starting when cold, normally dies after running for about 5 seconds and then restart and it is fine.
2. Moisture in AOS.
3.Loosing coolant slowly
4. The reason why I am very worried a little bit of coolant and oil mix in expansion tank as of tonight.

I have run compression tests in the past and all is fine. I have started and immediately pulled the plugs, NO STEAM CLEANING. No bubbles in coolant when car is running or is revved. Whats the deal, I have a big drive this weekend and would like to try and start taking the car apart to fix it.
Thanks,

Those that have done a headgasket, How bad is it?
Glad it was not headgasket, Still keep and eye on the coolant levels. Mysterious coolant loss is sign of headgasket issues. Most of time you get oil in the coolant the coolant level increases. Remember that oil at at more pressure than the coolant to oil will tend to go into the cooling system increase its level long before coolant gets in the oil.

Thanks, M, coolant was also leaking past into the oil through the seal. The shop showed me the seal and there was not much left of it, he pressured tested the cooling system and it would not hold at all due to this leak. Drove it home yesterday and no froth in AOS and coolant level right were it should be and that was a 150 mile drive.
