Head Gasket or oil cooler seals help please?

First off, I know I have asked about this in the past, however I took my car to a reputable Porsche mechanic and he told me that the moisture in my AOS was from not being driven enough. I didn't think anymore about it until tonight.
Here are my symptoms.
1. Rough starting when cold, normally dies after running for about 5 seconds and then restart and it is fine.
2. Moisture in AOS.
3.Loosing coolant slowly
4. The reason why I am very worried a little bit of coolant and oil mix in expansion tank as of tonight.
I have run compression tests in the past and all is fine. I have started and immediately pulled the plugs, NO STEAM CLEANING. No bubbles in coolant when car is running or is revved. Whats the deal, I have a big drive this weekend and would like to try and start taking the car apart to fix it.

Thanks, M, coolant was also leaking past into the oil through the seal. The shop showed me the seal and there was not much left of it, he pressured tested the cooling system and it would not hold at all due to this leak. Drove it home yesterday and no froth in AOS and coolant level right were it should be and that was a 150 mile drive.
