Default Lubricant for Steering Rack Bushings

The manual says use Contifix or Capella wax free oil on the steering rack rubber mounts.

Does anyone use a lubricant?

Are they still available?

Is there an alternative?

Or do you just fit them dry?

Did a search but no answers when someone asked before.
