V8 SBC in a 944...
Hey guys,
I know it sounds crude, but I have a somewhat poorly running 944 right now. I don't want to do anything permenant that I can't reverse, but as it stands, I have a 350 4-bolt motor sitting on an engine stand with nothing to put it in. I found a place (Renegade) that sells bell-housings for 944s that allow me to adapt an LS1 to the stock 5-Speed. That's awesome and all, but I DO have this motor sitting around, and if someone has the adaptor plate, I'd be really interested in buying it. At least so I can enjoy the car for now while I focus on other projects.
Renegade no longer sells the adaptor plate for anything other than the LS motors, but if ANYONE on here has an orignial adaptor plate for the iron SBC, or knows how I can get one, please let me know!!!
Thanks!!!
