Here are some pics from my throttle body rebuild:

It was a pretty easy job -- about the same difficulty as a brake job. I got the kit from Paragon for $20.
I had an intermittent low idle problem, and decided to replace the intake boot and rebuild the TB while I was in there. The idle was also wandering a little.
A shop recently replaced my clutch and for some reason they disconnected the intake boot from the AFM and didn't put it back on right, and the car idled at 400 rpm. I put the boot back on correctly, and the car idled like it did before, but soon it was idling low again.
As a result of rebuilding the TB and replacing the intake boot, the idle is now rock solid. Also the Miles per Gallon gauge is no longer wandering all over the place at idle. Sometimes it would go as low as 25 mpg at idle, now it stays above 40 and wanders just a teeny bit.
Enjoy the pics!
