Hey all I have a strange mechanical clicking noise coming from my DME/KLR computers. I'm not sure which but suspect it's actually the KLR given it has a vacuum hose. What's odd is this clicking sound didn't happen until I installed a Bosch 3.0 bar fuel pressure regulator. The regulator is part of the Lindsey Instant HP kit that I bought. I had previously installed the MaxHP chips and boost enhancer. FYI, I still need to install the wastegate shims. With those two items installed everything ran normally. But once the new fuel pressure regulator went in, boom this strange clicking sound.

Anything thoughts?

Are you sure it's from the DME/KLR and not the cruise control? When the control module is out, it'll start clicking, and it's located from around there...

There's also a HVAC control relay behind the glove box that clicks before it completely fails.

i have the same problem not sure what it is i was told it can be the cruise control ground. my noise comes from the passenger side it does sound like its coming from the glove box. HVAC, cruise control, DME relay is what i have narrowed it down to
