Im trying to install an alarm system in a non alarm system car.

I think ive pretty much got it figured out except for one thing that isnt important to the function, but would be pretty neat to have.

My alarm system, MY91 has lighted door locks that light up when the alarm is activated. They blink red.

What year did this start? Are there any people who have 87s or 88s with lighted door locks?

I think those started with MY89, at least we parted an 89 851 that had them.

I think youre right. You dont have the alarm module from that car do you?

89. i know my two 89 S2s had em, am pretty sure my 89 NA had em, and know my 88 951, and dan's 88 951S doesnt have em.
