I was wondering, whats is the most hp that a member have ever got out of a na 944 or 924s 2.5l without turbo or turbochrger , or increase bore.
I'm talking about mods like the ones people use in hot rods, like porting, exhaust , cam, cranks, SAFC, . differnts ecu , differnet injectors I don't know basic, usind todays tech to make car up to todays sport cars rank, I talking real hp that can be probe by dyno.
Will a 944na with upgrades can match a e36 325is or 328i !!!just wondering about if someone have ever put this kind car to limit.
One mnore question, from rwhp, what is the real hp how much you need add 10% 15% 20% in the 44's !

 

Milledge used to build race motors that put out 185 hp, but those motors arent cheap. Ive heard of people spending $25,000 on one of his motors. So yes it can be done, but it wont be cheap.

Porsche put together an all-inclusive package that's cheaper than trying to mod or upgrade a NA. It's called the 951.

sorry but again I'm talking about 2.5 non turbo I alredy know 951 is the mother of all sport car can hadle 400 hp !! what ever!!!! I want to know about 2.5 4 cylinder porsche engine in 944na and 924s max hp achieved by any member !have ever probe it and cana car with taht match or out performs a bmw 6cyl , e36 or not! and what is the real hp in 944 form rwhp to real hp want is math in that 10% 15%!!!please I'M NOT TALIKING ABOUT 951 OR ANY TURBO CAR !

i post the question because I got 172 hp at dyno test last week, in dyno jet, and I want to see if someone have ever got better number for rennlist than me in 2.5l and if I got 172rwhp how many hp is my car really doing! real engine!! I will do another dyno run with a msds and see if I can peak 175-176!!here are picts I even have video but don;t know how to dowload it here my 911sc 1981stock dyno 166rwhp same day same dyno, I kind of feel nice that my 4cyl make better hp and really it is faster to drive whean I hit 3 gear 44 fly!

 

So how did you make 172 exacly?
