Default Window Issue

I've had an issue with the driver's side PW for some time now. The motor is fine and works like a charm. Trouble is, on the scissor hands there are 2 rubber "pucks" that fit into the track of the window itself and slide back and forth making the window go up and down. One of those "pucks" (I don't know what else to call it and since I'm Canadian, everything looks like it's hockey related anyways) is rotted and too soft to stay inside it's track. Porsche does not sell these things...they come on the window motor/scissor hands and are asking $250 for the thing. I can snap it right off and put it right back on the arm, but can't find anything similar to put in it's place. If I don't fix it, I can't open the window because it will jump its track and then the whole window comes crashing down. Anybody have any ideas?

I got a used set of scissors from a lister for $25 IIRC.
