Oil pressure after rebuild
I have finally gotten the engine rebuilt and back in the car, what a month it has been.
During install I bunged up the oil pressure sensor wires pretty badly, and will need to replace them soon. I have cranked it for about 120 seconds cumulatively, and am still reading absolute zero on the gauge. Are there other ways to check for oil pressure?
I used all the proper sealants on the pump, and I have the crank pulley torqued to the full 155 foot pounds. The engine has full assembly lube as a backup for starting.

Three things come to mind.
If you take out the preasure sensor and check for oil flow. Need lot of rags.
If you connect a volt meter to the preasure sensor, you will see the resistance go up with preasure.
Remove the preasure sensor and connect a mechanical gauge for testing.
