Thats lame. You shouldn't be forced to cover someone else's shifts. Can't you tell them you already had plans and can't work?

Well I technically didn't request those days off, I just happened to be scheduled off for them which was lucky. As of now, our department is running on the absolute minimum amount of people it can run on so everybody is stretching to cover missing shifts.. oh well..

Just saw the dates- guess today is out.

May be able to make my first run on one of the next two. Anyone interested in maybe a get together at RPM for an indoor go kart track day?

I'm wondering if you stock many 944/951 parts on hand? It's always a problem to get some parts local when you really need it. I buy my engine parts from EBS Racing in Reno and Pelican if I am in a time pinch. Paragon is the best but it takes awhile to get here. Do you do any shop work or just parts?

It's nice to know there another source in town.

I can get most stuff either same day or next day. We don't carry a huge stock- we're in the midst of moving to a shop across the street from Fry's. Hopefully then, we can carry a little more. We do have many of the same suppliers as Pelican.

Steve, can you post a route map for the Sierra run? I'm hoping to make that one, maybe get some other sharks to join in.

Rich,
Let me get something together this weekend. We'd love to have some sharks along for a change. It's a long day and we bag or deli it in Markleeville. Maybe we could eat at the Cutthoat Saloon also. How's the range on a 928?

I think the 944's have a 21 gallon tank, but that can still go somewhat fast if you're flooring it all the time. I would imagine thats also the case with you v8 people.

i'm so pissed at that clicking/clacking sound coming from the rear end.

i just know it's the driver's side inner cv joint.

i'm out until i somehow figure how to change that on my own.

I'll post something tonight OK? I have repairs to be made before I can go. A good Shark turnout would be awesome. Hopefully we won;t have anymore cold fronts and snow before the run..if so then Ebbetts Pass is not a good way home.
