clutch job finish! but wont start doh!

Default clutch job finish! but wont start doh!

Just finished everything.. connected the starter and tried to start the car. no good.
Car cranks but will never start. I swapped a the starter with my other 944 and still no good.... anyone know the problem?

Let me be the first to congradulate you. Did you by chance put the sensors in wrong?

the reference sensors? they can be wrong?

They say the tach will bounce while cranking the car if your reference sensors are ok. Are you seeing this?

okay tach not bouncing at all..... double checked reference sensors connections they are good. So u guys think i got the 2 sensors mixed up?

Sounds like the right path.

Did you disconnect the assembly while doing the clutch job? If so, are you sure they are in the right spots?

i just pulled both the reference sensors out before i took off the bellhousing.

with the other starter when i cranked the car i could hear a free spin or something for a second after i stop trying to crank... mmm ima go pull the reference sensors out now and swap em and see whats up.

Just swap the connecters, the reference sensors are the same part number.
