Default accessing Fuel Pump Relay?

84 844 - i think i found it because it says DME Relay on it but how do i get it out?

:update: new computer, ref sensor, and new battery still no start...tach still doesn't bounce...doesn't sound like fuel pump is on or smell like fuel

all lights are normal...everything now seams like normal but no tach bounce and i don't hear the pump so this is really my last guest before i strip and part this out

new one on order...but my question remains...do i do anything with the fuse block to get better access or do i just try to pull it out up and in there?
