Default Installing 951 rear valence on an n/a how to?

Anyone have a link on how to install these things on an n/a? My car is an 83' by the way, picked up the valence off of Craigslist for a cool $150 and the guy was nice enough to throw in a ziplock bag full of mounting hardware (no clips though as seen in the $65 set i've seen, just some hex bolts and a few nuts and washers).

After searching high and low, I can't for the life of me find the write-up on how to install these. Anyone know of a link?

Good news, the valence is installed and looks great! Bad news, my car didn't have those square holes on the underside so now it looks like swiss cheese down there.. Time to get out some body filler and rust inhibitor..
