Default Craigslist find

Here's my find. I am at the point where I need new tires so I started looking around. My goal is some 996 turbo twists but this is what I found. The price was good so I brought them home with me.

Boxter 17 inch wheels. The rears are 996.362.128.00 9X17 ET55 with Toyo Proxy's 255/40ZR17 that are almost to the wear bars. The fronts are 996.362.124.00 ET55 with Toyo Proxy's 205/50ZR17 that are almost new.

Is anyone running these? What size spacers would I need for an 86 944 turbo. Anyone want to trade for some turbo twists? I might sell them to get the twists.

I have the chrome version on my 87 951; bolted right on with no additional mods although I am thinking of adding 1" spacers in the front. I can post pics if you like.

Running these also. Car is an 87 though, so no spacers.

To those with these rims, are you considering moving to a larger tire size in the front? I'm thinking of 225/45/17's to decrease some of the understeer with my current set up.

They were scraped up pretty bad. I've got them sanded and will be having them repainting soon. I would like $450 as is or $500 after paint. Those prices do not include shipping.

Maybe John can move this to the "for sale" forum
