It's important to take extra care with the plastic window. Making sure it folds smoothly when you drop the top to prevent kinks or creases in the plastic.

If you use the tonneau (canvas cover) every time you take the top down, it will prevent a wear line from developing along the middle of the window. This occurs from the folded window rubbing against the top of the rear seats.

Other than that, the tops on these cars are pretty much care free.

Aside from that since it does have a plastic rear window it is best to garage this car as much as possible. This will keep the UV rays from damaging the window and turning it brown.

As Luis mentioned the top is pretty care free. The canvas cover is a bit of a pain but you get used to it and it'll only take a couple of minutes to install once you're good at it. It not only protects the top but makes the car look more "put-together" when installed.

If you'd like to get together to take a closer look at mine let me know!
