I just ate 50% of my daily fat intake...
In a goddamn fooking muffin. Its midnight and I have the munchies and im in a hotel. So I hit up the lobby snacks and avoid the microwave burrito cause its got so much fat and saturated fat.... And go for the muffin.....
Which wound up being less healthy than the huge burrito
50% of my fat, 32% of sat fat, and 42% of cholesterol. WTF.
