Default Possible sticking caliper?

I have a small vibration in the driver side front of the car that appears to occur only when coming to a halt from 15 miles per hour. It makes the brake pedal feel a little spongy. After shutting the car off, I depress the brake and the driver side front caliper is noisy (NOTE: My car has 951 brakes).

I don't think I have air in the system, but I am ruling the possibility of maybe a sticking caliper. I am hoping that the caliper didn't become loose at the same time. I can push the fender down and hear the same noise though.... Thoughts anyone?
