Need a cruise control actuator P/N 944 617 121 00, 86 up 944/968
The cruise control actuator on my 88 928 is bad according to the WSM. It has a 944 PN 944 617 121 00 and was used on the 86 and up 944's and 968's as well as 88 up 928's.
This newer design replaced the older vacuum controlled unit. Mine is located in the driveside fender behind the wheel, not sure about the 944.
Anyone have a spare I could get?

Glenn, I have one that I pulled off of my '88 924S. Should be the same as 944. I can check the p/n in the morning. If it's the right one, you can have it for the cost of shipping.

I just checked the p/n. It's one off. I've got 944.617.021.00. Same as the one plyhammer had. If you want to try it anyway, just PM me with your shipping address, and I'll ship it out Thurs.
