Default No Start Issues Help!!!

Here is the situation and what has already been done.
1987 944NA not running in last 3 years.
Complete head rebuild. New plugs. Fuel injectors refurbished by Witchhunter. New rotor. New belts and hoses, and gaskets from head up. I am getting spark on all four plugs. I have tested all 4 injectors with noid and they are firing. Also tested injector and they are pulsing. It will crank, but will not fire. I have double checked the vacuum lines according to Clarks Garage, all appear to be good.

What am I missing?

Thanks from the land of Oz.

Does this car have a factory alarm?

If yes, the alarm control module may have gone bad on it. Try bridging the fuel pump relay in the fuse panel and see if the car starts that way. If it does, you need a new alarm control module.
