Default Mahle OC 46 Oil Filter on a 951?

I ordered OC75's from PartsHeaven last week, but they sent me OC46's. I have looked up the p/n and its for all years of 928. The thread pitch and sealing ring match the OC142, but I am wondering if there are internal differences that will make it unsuitable. Will these work on a 951?

From the backs of my mind, I want to say 928 oil filters will fit on our cars. I'm not so sure here...

alot of ppl acculy prefer the 928 filter over the 944 on there 944's since it is longer, and easyer to take off plus it has better filtering

*Insert stupid question here*
Does it have the anti-drainback valve? That is, do they mount the filter in the same orientation on the 928?

I remember a discussion about that - and I think the consensus was that the 928 filter may not work because of the antidrainback valve not working, or not having one - but I think it was one of those 'may vary with manufacturer' deals.

Edit: I think this was it

The Mahle 928 filter I tried did not have the valve. Lifters ticked on startup if the car sat long enough.
