One of the more stupid choices I've made....
The thing is......the same retards they hire at Sears, are at all of the other shops as well (tire shops, good years, fire stones, mineke, ect.). At the end of the day it looks like someone forgot to tighten a bolt which could have happened anywhere. Reality is the overall quality of "top notch" automotive training school/programs are pretty poor these days with very little hands-on training. Most of these guys are wrencing on car all day long for $10 and hour so what type of service do you really expect. Someday i'll go into a rant about UTI.

Mistake made. Lesson learned. I've always been a DIY'er and research shops before I bring my car in for things I can't do myself but for some reason I got cheap. Not like me.

I need a beer.

I know what you mean. it's always so intimidating to me to figure out who I trust to touch my car , when I NEVER go to a shop.

I went to UTI and am currently in the PTAP MSAT and your giving the school a bad image, yes the morons that cant get a dealership jobs end up at sears and the such, that is just the nature of the beast, sorry I paid 30K and invested many hours into my education and i feel that starting at $17.50 is low. I felt that the UTI program was pretty good, you only get out of it what you put in though, so to judge the school on the kids there on mommy and daddies dime that just dont care is unfair.
