Question Front wheel bearing inner seal

Clarks-garage is not working at the moment and I'm stuck. I can't get the inner seal to come off. The shop manual says use a screwdriver and pull off but it wont budge.

A big honkin standard screwdriver, just slip the end under the lip and use the opposite side lip area as a fulcrum - it will probably destroy the seal but it will pop out and leave nice greasy "O" on the wall...Bruce

I drill a very small hole in the case, screw in a drywall screw a few turns and yank it out with vise-grips. I can't recall if the inner seal has a hard case facing out or not but it works good on the rear main seal.

the first method works best, or you can hammer it out by putting something through the hole in the hub, to the inside of the grease seal..this works

I actually discovered the hammer out method on my own. It worked just fine, thanks anyways.
