How do you remove the hatch off a 968/944
I tried searching but came up empty. Helping a friend that needs to remove his old rattly, leaking hatch with a newer one. It for a 968, but it's probably the same as a 944.
Anyone know of any write-ups or can anyone give a descriptive procedure. Thanks in advance!

If it's leaking did you guys try replacing the weather stripping first?
Replacing the whole hatch is an expensive job, why buy a new car if it just needs some gas?

Clark's Garage has a write up but it seems to be slow at the moment.

Take the rear roof panel off (3-6 screws) and theres 4 allen (6mm maybe?) 2 on each hinge, that there are access holes through the roof vinyl for. easy in easy out.
