It doesn't look metalic to me. Check out 968 Link There are a number of cars for sale, the Riviera looks like the best match, this one is just a bit shinier. This is also a Maritime listed there which is a darker shade.

riviera blue looks like a baby blue

OK, my original post was incorrect...this color is in fact Tahoe Blue Metallic - special order #58 starting in model year 92. Not sure if it became standard on later years or not. I had pegged another Tahoe Blue metallic 968 on the other forums but in those photos, it had appeared much darker, but this Mt Dora car is spot on...definitely Tahoe Blue Metallic.
