Default Help me before tommarow! (Vacume leak? Timing?)

I just got done changing the head gasket. I also changed all the vacume lines while the engine was apart. It started up great and is running good, BUT

It is really slow to spool up. Im not hitting full boost till about 4.2k rpm
It feels really lathargic... it just doesnt have the kick it used to. I hear a loud hissing by the J-boot, but i cant find a vacume leak anywhere.

Is it possible that my timing is a tooth off? Or is it definatly a vacume leak? Thanks!
