You are in luck! I think I have 2, neither of them have the decal Might have the dash piece too that holds it.

I might, will have to check the garage at the shop tomorrow. I'll get a few pictures of it and pm you then.

 

Need a couple of things. Please let me know if you have them.

1) Passenger side external door handle with functioning link.
2) Combination front defrost/recirc switch (or complete HVAC panel)
