Default Quick Questions Spark Plug Gap Cylinder Head Torque

Just about done getting the car back together. Cylinder head is on the car, SFR Stage 1 headers are installed and fit beautifully. Can anyone give me the cylinder head torque settings for the head and also the spark plug gap.

Thanks
