what's the size needed to replace worn hood shocks?

From what my sources say...

15.75" Center of hole to center of ball uncompressed.

OE Part # 944 511 351 01
Napa Part # 819-5512

Some Napa's carry an import line called Altrom, and uses the OE part # and is a Meyle, German made unit.
