Question KONI: Can anyone tell me what koni struts these are??

I have a set of 951 koni struts that are just collecting dust at my house. I would like to have them rebuilt if possible or sell them, but I have no idea what option they were or if anyone can rebuild them. Can anyone identify these and if they can be rebuilt? The housings have the following info on them:

ADJUSTABLE
MADE BY KONI-HOLLAND
KN2 12-37
951 343 031 06 & the other strut has 951 343 032 08

Look like Koni Yellows to me...in fact that's what they are.

Do they need to be rebuilt? If so, I'll buy them from you and save you the hassle.

Also, do you know if those are OE springs or not?

Is there an option code or any other info for these? If I can have them rebuilt someplace(or myself) I would love to do that depending on the cost because I was already planning on cutting up a standard pair of struts for a koni conversion, but I would rather have this set of factory koni's if possible. These appear to have a screw on cap that could be removed, so I would think you could remove the inserts and put new ones in but I don't know what exactly to get since I don't know anything about these units.
