My 215/60/15s make my car look like I moonlight as a WRC driver on the weekends ![surrender](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/surrender.gif)
I had to trade the 205/50's I was posting about a while back because they dramatically changed my gear ratios. Think it's time to lower this car now

I totally agree about the 15's. Before I lowered my wife's car it looked foolish with thos 60 profile tires on it. Now it is lowered an inch and has 16 inch tires on it and it looks GREAT!

16's and 50 (55-45 depend on width) are the best look for street cars.
For the track and preformance I just love the 225/50 on a 15" wheel. I can look a little dopey at stock ride height, but lowered it looks damn cool and performs pretty well too.![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Nope.
944 spec rules only allow phone dials or cookies in 15x7" Rules do not allow the fuchs due to their cost and percieved advantage. When you have 3 sets of wheels like many 944 spec guys do cheaper is better if you can get away with it.

BTW... They just look like fuchs in that picture above due to the shadows.

I didnt like the look of my 15'' phonies at all. I have 17'' turbo twists now (255/40) and I think they look/work much better than the phonies. My favorite look though is the 18'' sport classic 2.

As far as cost, I got 3 fuchs for free yesterday. Two 8", one 7". Woo!
Unless another 7" falls from the sky, I'll go with 2 cookie cutters for the front and keep one for a spare.
