The AIR (American International Racing) front bumper cover was purchased from Performance Products. PP sometimes uses several vendors to supply the same products. I bought it during a sale and lucked out that the in-stock product shipped was an A.I.R. bumper cover. I ordered the front lower spoiler directly from A.I.R.

Der, I wonder if I could call them and find out if the bumper cover im getting is supplied by A.I.R. PP has it listed for about 100 dollars less than the AIR website

I'd call AIR direct, explain the situation and see if they can match or get close to PP price. Or, call PP and have them check, if they can verify. Either way you'll want the AIR version is my recommendation.

Here are photos of my previous version 944>951 fiberglass bumper conversion on my other ex-1987 944 [I have the same Autopsychosis Porsche affliction as all you guys do]. I bought this from a friend and he owned it for a loooong time, never installing it. Not sure of the manufacturer. It just wasn't as nice a version as the AIR I purchased. The lower intake slots are different and the lower front overall curve wasn't right. It was *flatter* looking. All in the details I guess, I'm picky too.

I had black stone guard tape on the bottom area to mimmick the 951 lower black plastic undertray. You can do this or use the 951 under tray or the AIR lower spliter like I did on my ex-1985 early 944.
