Default DME Connector ??'s

I replaced the chip on the DME fine. Now I am having problems with the connector plug. Is there a trick to getting it on there. I do not want to press too hard and break something. Should I put the DME behind the bracket and then put the plug on? Should I put the plug on first and then put the DME behind the bracket? The plug is a bitch to get on though Any tips for this?

Thanks,

Cory

It levers in. The end opposite the wires goes in first and hooks in, then it hinges down.
