Default Torsion Bar Reindexing

More and more I realize that I don't have time to work on my car as much as I'd like. On top of that, there are some things, such as the torsion bars, which I simply DON'T want to do. I'm just afraid of getting too deep and realizing I just done broked the car and now I can't drive it anywhere until it's fixed.

I don't have much experience with big stuff on these cars, so would yall recommend I just take it to a shop? If so, how much would it run? This would most likely be to a watercooler specialist. They were replaced with stronger bars, and now they make the car sit at least 2 inches too high because they were done wrong, but more importantly, they leave it with a ton of positive camber on the rears.

Thanks
