Default Turbo Rear Valance Question

Hi...

I would like to put the turbo rear valance on my 1987 944 NA. I was wondering if this is a direct bolt on part or does it require buying the turbo rear bumper with the valance attached.

Thank You,
Carolyn

Part of it is bolt on and you also have to drill four holes. See here:

Direct bolt-on. If you have an NA 85.5 or newer, your car will probably already be set up to the receive the bolts in the underbody...but you will have to drill two holes in the rear quarter sheet metal to secure the outer lips through the rear cubbies. FYI, my 85.5 NA also has the mounts to receive Turbo side skirts and had the black out matting on the rear hatch for a non-existant third brake light.

Make sure you get the rubber grommets to keep water out!
