Default difference in front/rear track

Does anyone know the absolute track measures front to rear on a late (89) 944? The shop manual has two different measures but they are taken from the centerline of the tires and are different depending on whether you have 8" or 9" wheels at the rear. What I'm looking for is the measurement from front wheel bearing cap to front wheel bearing cap and the measurement from the rear stub axle to the rear stub axle.

I'm sure I can get the measurements by jacking the car up and removing the wheels, then using a plumb line at each corner and measuring the diff at front and rear. I just wondered if anyone else had ever taken the measurement so that I don't have to.
