toss out a lot of padding, take out the front seats, and use a carpet shampooer. I have a bissel that i used on the passenger side. the "steam" got deep into the carpet. the supermarkets rent a similar machine.
the shampoo is an ammonia based product, so if you use it, dont use a chlorine base product. look up what happens when you mix a lye and an acid. im no scientist but I do know not to mix ammoina and chlorine.
the oxy clean turns into oxygen after a day so if you use oxy clean and then a day later use the ammonia based shampoo you should be OK.
after you shampoo the carpet and have the leak fixed, and have no mold (not mould) then address the padding issue. take it one step at a time.
