I dig the Crown Vic tow rig. It looks like they're filming an episode of COPS across the street through....

It's pretty funny. Right across the street there are two North Miami Beach cops (one is a detective). Next to their house is some director of customs or something? Next to them is a Florida Highway Patrol officer...

So, it's pretty safe!
