Default oil leak help.

I am looking at buying a car that has an oil weep. He thinks the car is leaking from the lower balance shaft front seal or the crankshaft front seal. How much of a pain in the *** is this to fix. Or about how much should I expect to pay a shop to fix this problem. Thanks, Justin

Its basically a timing belt / waterpump job. Timing belt covers must come off to change either of those.
