Been using a pretty large garage as our base of operations as far as maintenace goes, it works very well but I am running out of space. Between our cars, customer's cars and parts - it's getting a little crowded. I am currently negotiating a deal to rent out a REALLY nice garage space at a private airport. It is well lit, airconditioned, and very secure. It will augment my shop space, I plan on doing the 951 race conversion for one of my customers here, should I get the spot.

Same here. 5 cars, one currently being torn apart in pieces, is not at all easy to live with when you only have a 1.75 car garage because of all the crap in it.
