Default Good buy?

I recently bought a 1986 944. The car needs a power steering rack, as the current one has a hole in the bottom, and bleeds fluid. It has around 150,000 miles, and I am not sure of the last time the timing belt was changed. Rear wiper is inoperable. It could probably use new struts, as I think the current ones are original, and maybe new rotors. Other than that, everything is perfect. All power options work great, car runs and drives fine. So, I was just wondering, for my own sake, did I get a good deal? I paid 1200 for the car.
Thanks

Do the belts, remove the rear wiper/plug the hole, then take care of the rack/shocks and its a great 944 at a low price

Sounds like a steal to me but just make sure to do those belts ASAP.
