BTW, i dislike Garnet Red as well. I don't know why, probably just because my old school's colors had a sort of maroon, and i hated that school. Perhaps I associate everything that color with that terrible school.

 

Ok, was Garnet Red the origional color? If so did he do the door jams, engine bay, etc...?

yeah the door jams, thats a good question... my first car was a ghetto ford escort 5 speed that was painted silver over a nasty green... and the door jams were green.

its too bad that dark red looks amazing on the 951.

yes everything was painted since i had already pulled everything apart when i was parting out the car.

 

I'm a big fan of silver Porsches. The color makes them seem more "tool-like".

 

Could always mix some candy in with some clear and spray a coat or two, would look even better than before.
