Default Need some help with a seatbelt

Ok so I got in the car went to snap my seat belt into place and as soon as I made contact with it, it selfdestructed! The two plastic pieces fell off, and soon after I had the push button and the spring out. Only problem is the tabs on the push button are toast and I cant find the spring that fits on the inside of the casing. I looked at it and the seatbelt is attached to the seat. Can I remove the seatbelt from the seat without pulling the seat out? Do I need to buy a new seatbelt clip?

On a more exciting note I did just turn over 130,000 miles, Ive driven for 15,000 miles and love each second more!
