I checked and checked and checked again. The bracket sits up over the clutch housing about a cm. I can run a probe between the housing and lower side of the bracket. There is nothing extending down into the clutch housing (now that the sensors are out). Your right though, the ultimate test will be when it is time to pull the housing. I'm also hoping I don't have too many parts left over. There is a lot of stuff to keep track of.
