Default Q; Rear Turbo Brakes on 944S

Anyone know of any issues with bolting turbo brakes on a 1988 944S? The spring plates are binding. Am I missing something?
Thanks in advance.

They bolt on directly. You do need spacer washers inbetween the mounting point and the caliper. I dont remember the exact thickness, but i used a 1/2 inch washer.

Dont bother with those from the dealer. I had a heart attack when i saw they were $6 each at the dealer and at Pelican. I have Tifosiman to thank for letting me know that the standard 1/2 inch washers work fine.

what other parts are needed to add turbo brakes. I had no idea that you could do this. I thought you had to have turbo suspension.

Proper offset spindles is really it. Of course the other obvious stuff also (pads, rotors..)
