My deciding factor will be the weather. I would hate to drive 4 hours to stand around in the rain. But if the weather is good ill make the drive out.

To the NNJ guys.. ill leave extra early to get into NNJ to meet up at a reasonable time. Probably an hour away from easy to reach places like the Meadowlands.

I did not go last year, but the last 2 years prior I was in attendance + the Rennlist banquet. I am looking forward to going again!! I certainly hope the weather copperates! I was hoping that the Hershey Hill Climb would be on the same weekend (Sunday) like it was 3 years ago. Not sure if I will take the NA or Callaway yet.

Even though Ebay and the internet in general have put the pinch on many shows and swap meets like the ones that blossomed at Carlisle over the last 20 years, the Hershey Swap Meet is still the 800 lb gorilla of East Coast Porsche salvage gatherings.

Been twice and scored on super deals both times....set of perfect Club Sports with centers and tires for $600 one year and pefect condition rear diffuser for $175 the other year. Nice mix of hobby/enthusiast vendors, professional salvage operations and aftermarket operations. I could kick myself now for passing on numerous items seen in previous years, including an entire 944 fiberglass skin that the dude wouldn't break up as a set but was willing to sell dirt cheap!

Will be there this year, from Western Maryland, rain or shine....usually rain.

yes...it has rained for the last several years. wonder if they moved the date (was usually the weekend before) to try and break the streak.

Hey guys,

I have been in contact with the fourpoints again this past week. I am going to post something up about the Rennlist group hotel and dinner banquet for after the swap. It should get up here on Monday.

I missed last year but will be going for sure this year. Great place to find some of those stupid little things. Each year there seems to be more 944 stuff, some new some old. I like the guys that bring the cars and say to take off what you want. For those who have not been there before I reccommend getting there early...the good stuff goes quick.

Anyone in the DC area want to caravan?

My GF's family lives in Mechanicsburg, PA and has a car that can hold a lot of crap. Unless I'm going something at Summit Point that weekend, I'll be there.

BB.
