Thanks for all the responses.. i still need to find my 968 donor before I start the swap. How about any of the electrical stuff with engine managment and such? There shouldnt be any problems if I just swap the DME's correct? Not with anything in the dashboard or anything?

Depends, if you keep the 968 dash, chassis wiring, hubs, abs, etc you'll be fine.

If you run all that as 951 stuff, and you have a 968 trans you'll need to figure out a speedo pickup, as the 968 bases it off the abs.
