Correct part # for tie rod end on a 1983 W/ power steering
Pelican's website only lists early tie rod ends for cars without power steering, but mine has it. On PET, it shows part # 94434733300, which is the same number for the rod end on cars with manual steering before chassis #94DN45524. Pelican lists that part number as, "Tie Rod End For Cars WITHOUT Power Steering". So, do I need what PET says? According to pelican, they dont sell an early power steering tie rod end. Any help is appreciated!

I looked into a set once for the 83 w/PS and they were #944 347 033 20 for the entire tie-rod assembly and that's what PET has for the number in 83. Pelican shows the part as 944-347-033-20-M69 so it must be correct.

Kuhl, thanks for the info!! I typed that number in Pelican search and got "Tie Rod For Cars WITH Power Steering, 2 Per Car, 944 (1983-86), Each" Thanks a bunch! It was bittersweet though, at $86.00 per side....yikes....Actually, I just noticed. this is for the entire tie rod...According to my PET, it shows find #8 for just the tie rod end itself, with part # 944 347 333 00 so, I guess thats the one I need then eh?
