dont know. thats how i bough the car. and from the looks of the rest of the bottom it doesnt look like it was driven all that much in the snow.

perhaps the owner, who lived in summit NJ, which is a ritzy part of the country had a long driveway with some gravel on it.

thanks chitown. not sure if i want to take the skirts off, so dremel it will be.
