Three Wheelin'
Need to get off my a$$ and get Anita done:
I don't think Christine has problems w/other Pcars (Anita), but a Taurus sure riled her up today!!!!

An impressive demonstration of car control.
A lot of things go through your mind. There were a couple of points where I could have attempted to either power on and try and get it to 360 or get off the brakes and attempt to steer it backwards out into the track further but decided to go with the recommended course of both feet in and ride it out.

MPD47, you have the worst pictures man. That's a compliment!
Steve, it's funny, at first glance that 968 doesn't look that screwed up but I'm sure it was FUBAR.

This page is missing some nasty 944 pics. Nasty like when you take meat out of the freezer to cook dinner that night, but then end up going out with someone, and come home late to the smell of thawed raw meat all over the house.

Wendy's frosty anyone?
This is my redneck frame straightener. Impressed?
Step 1. Tie car to a sturdy tree.
Step 2. Rev engine to 4,000rpm.
Step 3. Dump clutch.
And violla! Damaged rear quarter panel bent back into shape (sort of).

So if the come-along would have broken it would have snapped back into that red car in the corner of the picture? You should count your blessings that thing didnt break. Although I have straightened a frame with a chain and a concrete post before. Just there were no other cars around but the one that was already bent.

I found this in the 928's tranny oil pain. OK, so it's not a 944 pic, but a pic of busted 928 guts is fun to look at nonetheless!
