Default Euro rear valance mounting

I picked up a euro rear valance from KuHL 951 last sunday and was wondering how the top lip is mounted to the bumper? Does the lip go on the bottom of the bumper or slide inside of it?

The lip tucks up into the bumper to hold it up.

thanks, also what kind of bolts or screws do you suggest mounting it with? And where can I get some touch up paint for it? Its a graphite metallic color. Almost black but grey at the same time. I think KuHL 951 said it is a factory color, but I dont really remember.

Mine was mounted with torx screws that had a somewhat rounded mushroom top... no sharp edges like normal bolts. The mounting screws were only in the wheel wells. I don't think it matters but ideally keep them low profile.

As for the paint mine is some funky aftermarket blue, so I can not tell you what the paint might me. I'm sure a quick search of the site will return a paint code for the graphite grey which can be used to order some touch up paint.

This is not my site. I kept this link from one of the posts that I read on Rennlist. I hope this will help.

Here is one of Campeck's posts which details the installation process and shows some pics:

Good links, except those are for a 951/S2 valance and the poster is installing a "euro" valance, which is one of those aftermarket slotted things. They look a lot different and mount differently.
